Simone is a young Italian game designer, and author of Weird World, a new classic-style TTRPG that calls you to play the role of a Landwalker, who needs to explore the bizarre and dangerous lands of the year 6042, facing every kind of monstrosity, mutation or automaton that stands between you and survival!

An explosion, back in 2008, destroys the CERN research center in Geneva, irradiating the entire planet with Z Radiations responsible for the awakening of powers beyond any logical explanation in random human beings.
The H.E.R.O. era begins, creatures capable of overcoming human limits and fastly becoming the new status symbol for the political world, the star system, communication, and the collective imagination. Humans no more but still humans at the same time, too much humans maybe, these heroes and villains get devoured by the world of advertising and showbiz deep inside a filthy dark reality.

XENOSCAPE
XENOSCAPEis a post-sci-fi TTRPG, set in a very primitive raypunk style world; players will find themselves impersonating characters intent on surviving day by day on Materia, a planet where civilization and human presence is now a distant memory, where wild and lethal vegetation has regained global dominance and where mammoth and alien-like creatures dwell.
Forget about monetary trade, infrastructures, and even writing; whatever Species you are going to roleplay, your primeval survival instinct will be your main and fundamental resource.
RULES
The XENOSCAPE game design is original and has been studied to simulate the functioning of a biological organism; for this reason, while offering an old school approach, it is based on a resource management system, precious and fundamental for survival, but also necessary to accomplish remarkable deeds.
These resources represent the characters’ energy level, immune defensesor nervous systemand can be recovered with rest and, of course, through nutrition, another essential focus of the game.

Portare una maschera non è mai stato così pericoloso!
Un’esplosione, nel 2008, distrugge il CERN di Ginevra, liberando sul nostro pianeta le Radiazioni Z in grado di risvegliare nei comuni esseri umani Poteri al di là della loro comprensione.
Nasce così l’era degli H.E.R.O.es, creature in grado di superare i limiti umani e di porsi come nuovi punti di riferimento per il mondo politico, lo star-system, la comunicazione e l’immaginario collettivo. Non più umani e al tempo stesso ancora umani, troppo umani, questi eroi vengono divorati dal mondo della pubblicità e dello showbiz in un mondo corrotto e oscuro, Terra Z, che non conosce pietà e che non guarda in faccia nessuno, nemmeno le proprie neo-divinità.

I giocatori potranno vestire i panni di esseri senzienti, i più rari su Materia, un mondo alieno immerso in un tempo lontano ere dal nostro, dove la natura si è ripresa un mondo pesantemente colonizzato dalla mano parassita dell’Antico Impero umano, di cui oggi rimangono solo poche tristi spoglie ormai sommerse da una biosfera magnificente e terribile.
Il Setting
XENOSCAPE è un GDR cartaceo post sci-fi, ambientato in un mondo primitivo in stile raypunk; i giocatori si troveranno ad impersonare personaggi intenti a sopravvivere giorno per giorno su Materia, un pianeta in cui la civiltà e la presenza umana è ormai un lontano ricordo, dove una vegetazione selvaggia e letale ha ripreso il dominio globale e dove vivono creature mastodontiche e aliene a qualunque forma biologica esistente ai giorni nostri possiate immaginarvi.
Dimentica il commercio, lo scambio di valuta, le infrastrutture e persino la scrittura; qualunque sia la Specie che sceglierai di interpretare, sarà solo il tuo più primordiale istinto di sopravvivenza la principale risorsa a cui dovrai affidarti.
Puoi aggiungere entrambi i giochi al tuo ordine semplicemente modificando il tuo pledge; ti spediremo i manuali insieme a quelli di The True OSR o, in caso di acquisto digitale, riceverai una mail da DrivethruRPG a partire da Marzo.

We unlocked NERDOSTERONE' content that will be included in The True OSR XXL: WWM WORLD WRESTLING MASSACRE.
In WWM the PCs will have to fight each other on a ring using all their special abilities and Equipment to win and escape this massacre but that's not all: the DM and other extravagant characters will also join the fight!
The last one standing wins!
WWM includes:
- A roster of wacky characters
- A random wrestler generator
- Heroic maneuvers reflavored to become wrestling special moves
- DM embodied in wrestler, general manager, referee or commentator
- A special Champion as the final boss
